RETURNS & EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
RETURNS & EXCHANGE:

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchange for international shipping products.

REFUND:

Your order will be submitted and processed by our supplier after we received your order. For order cancellation requested before your order shipping out from our supplier's warehouse, we offer full refund. Refund will be denied if the order has been shipped and left our's supplier warehouse. 

Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will normally appear within 10 business days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider. 

DEFECT PRODUCT:

If there is any defect on the poduct received, please inform us within  ONE WEEK OF RECEIVING. As contacts are fragile and easily get ripped by sharp nail, claim beyond the ONE WEEK warranty period will not be accepted. Do take a clear photo of the defected product together with its packing and send to us. After verification, if granted, we will resend a replacement product based on 1:1 exchange policy.
