How to Order

Step 1: Find Your Contact Lenses
There are three ways in which you can select your lenses:
1) Browse through products in the home page (to view more, proceed to next two options)
2) Click on the " Product " tab on the top to view all products available
3) Browse products by their color category on the left "Catagory" menu

Step 2: Place Your Order
Once you have found your lenses, follow these directions to complete your order:
1) Click on the lens image or " Details " button which will lead you to the product details page
2) Select your power (prescription) from the drop down box
3) Click on the "Buy Now" button. (If the "Arrival Notice" appears, the power is out of stock and click it to receive arrival notice when it's in stock)
4) In the shopping cart page:
* To order for 1 pair (2 lenses), click "Continue" to continue adding another 1 lens power into the cart. (Note: Do Not change the quantity directly in the cart, system will not alert you of the stock status by doing so)

5) Review your cart items and click the “ Next ” button
6) For existing member, log into your account or new buyer to registered as member now to check out (member will get bonus point and offer benefits). You can still check out as non-member by clicking the "go shopping now" button.
7) Fill up your shipping information and select your shipping area.
8) Select your prefered shipping method and payment menthod
9) Review your order details and click " Next " button.
10) At the order created page, click "Make your Payment Online here" button at the bottom to make your payment.
11) For Credit Card Payment:
On the left hand bottom page, click on the "Don't have a PayPal account?
Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue"
Fill up your credit card information and follow the the steps to complete payment.
OR
For Paypal Payment:
Log into your Paypal a/c on the right to complete the payment.
12) Click "Return to Merchant" link to return to our website after payment completed.
You can track your order status in our website by signing in as member

Can I add, change or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?

No. Once an order is submitted it can only be amended or edited by emailing customer service. Once any box from an order is shipped, the order cannot be voided.

Why does one item always remain in my shopping cart?

Shopping cart problems usually occur from one or more of the following reasons:
1. Cookies not enabled
2. The master clock on the computer is not set correctly
3. The terminal you are using is behind a firewall.
4. The item you are trying to purchase is sold out, or there is a lesser quantity than you wish to purchase.
5. You are using a browser less than Internet Explorer 5.1.
6. Some people have trouble when using any Netscape browser.
If all else fails, try closing all programs, restart your computer or even try from a different computer.
